Lockbox-good or bad?

We get this question a lot. And the answer is YES.

Buyer's agents prefer to show homes that have lockboxes. And imagine if an agent has a buyer for your home. But, can not show your home when it is convenient for them. They will tend to skip or save your house last to show. And the worst part about that is, their buyer may put an offer on another home, before ever seeing yours. And your home could have been everything they wanted, but they never bothered with your home because you didn't make it easy to show.
